Preparing and maintaining work areas: Setting up tools and equipment, and keeping the work area clean and safe
Loading and unloading: Moving materials and items onto and off of machines, conveyors, and other equipment
Assisting with tasks: Helping floor managers with tasks and tool assignments, and performing other duties as assigned
Reporting issues: Informing supervisors and inventory management systems of any issues or delays
Performing repairs: Making small mechanical repairs or reporting needed repairs to a supervisor
Supporting team members: Providing administrative and operational support, such as stocking supplies, setting up projectors, and organizing files
